Pair of antique prints, copper plate engravings of Ballintuber Castle in Roscommon. Prints are titled Castle of Ballintubber and Tower of Bellintobber. The prints where published in 1797. Drawing for the prints where originally done by Francis Grose. The prints are part of a larger set on Ireland, published by Hooper & Wigstead in London. Prints are in very good condition for age, some small marking and foxing. Print area is 7 by 5 inches, paper area 10 1/2 by 8 inches. Excellent pair, suitable for framing.
